5. Free Automation Audit via Instagram, Facebook and Our Website

You can request a free automation audit by commenting or sending the words "free audit" to us on Instagram or Facebook, or through the form on our website. We then ask you questions about your business, in a chat or on a web page, and use your answers to prepare your audit. For this we process: your name and username as shown on your Instagram or Facebook profile, the text and voice messages you send us in that conversation, your answers, and the email address you give us so we can send you the audit. Voice messages and recordings are converted to text; we keep the text, not the audio. We only process messages sent to our own accounts and do not read any other information from your profile. An AI model drafts the follow-up questions, a summary for our team and the first draft of your audit, and a person on our team reviews every audit before it is sent. No decision that has legal or similarly significant effects on you is made automatically.

To provide the audit we use the following service providers, each acting on our instructions:

• Meta (Instagram and Facebook Messenger), to receive and send messages
• Anthropic (Claude), to draft questions, summaries and the audit
• OpenAI, to transcribe voice messages and recordings
• Airtable, to store your request, answers and audit status
• Upstash, to hold the state of an unfinished conversation
• Trigger.dev and Vercel, to run our software
• Resend, to send emails
• Telegram, to notify our team of a new request

The state of a conversation is deleted automatically 30 days after the last message. Your request, answers and email address are kept for up to 3 years after our last contact with you and then deleted, or earlier if you ask us to. Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards they offer, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. To have your data deleted, message us on Instagram or Facebook or use our contact form; we will delete it within 30 days and confirm.
